What differs CLAD.CO undies with the others?
We use materials that feel comfortable on the skin with inner elastic so it won't feel tight or itchy when it is worn. For the prints, we use certified baby-safe ink without any chemical ingredients that will harm your intimate part. The artworks is also authentically hand-drawn by our designer so that you won't find it anywhere else!

Brief/Mary-Lou 62 to 96 cm hipline, Boyshort/Dakota 58 to 92 cm hipline, Tube Top/Emma 64 to 92cm bustline, Boxer/Harley 66 to 98 waistline.

There is a mistake in the product delivery that I receive, how do I return it?
Please inform us your return request by providing your Order ID to firstname.lastname@example.org
along with details of the product that you receive. We can only do exchange IF
your order and the product you receive do not match. Due to hygiene reason, we cannot accept any return and exchange request if the product has been worn or washed.

Products purchased on SALE /discount cannot be exchanged in any form.
When will we get confirmation of the product delivery?
We will deliver the product the latest 2 days after the payment is received. Exception for holidays.
Can we have it delivered abroad?
YES! Since December 2016, we accept shipments to overseas! :) Kindly input your address and the country region at checkout page and we will ship the goods either via FedEx or Pos Indonesia. Kindly contact our Customer Support for more information.
Is there any delivery fee?
Good news for you! For Jabodetabek area, delivery fee is already included with any purchase without minimum payment. For other cities, delivery fee will be charged upon checkout according to the fares from our logistic partners, such as TIKI, JNE, and J&T.
What delivery service will you use?
We are using TIKI/JNE/J&T to deliver our goods within Indonesia. For international shipping, we use FedEx or Pos Indonesia. Other courier services is also available upon request.
What do I have to do if we still do not receive the product?
with your name and your order ID. We will help you check through the delivery receipt number. If in 7 days you still do not receive your order, we will send a new one to your preferred address.
Can we have a custom-designed product?
Unfortunately, we do not accept custom order. However, we are open to your ideas and suggestion for our next artwork. You can reach us in just one email away. :)
